Your name, email, shipping and billing address, order contents, and — for customized shirts — the name and number you asked us to apply. Card details are handled by our payment processor and never reach our servers.

Why we hold it

To make and ship your order, to handle repairs and returns against your order number, to send transactional email, and to keep the tax records we are legally required to keep.

Marketing

We email the newsletter only to people who ask for it, and every message carries a one-click unsubscribe. We do not sell, rent or trade customer data.

Who we share it with

Only the parties needed to complete the order: our payment processor, our carriers, and our email provider. Each receives the minimum required and is bound to use it for nothing else.

Cookies

We set the cookies needed to keep your cart and session working, plus basic aggregate analytics. Analytics cookies can be declined without breaking the store.

Your rights

Write to [email protected] to see, correct, export or delete the data we hold on you. We answer within thirty days. Order records tied to tax obligations are retained for seven years, then deleted.
