Processing time

Every jersey is made to order, so the crest, name and number are applied after you buy. Processing takes 5 to 9 business days depending on the product — stitched twill and multi-line personalization take longer than a single printed name. Transit time is added on top.

Delivery estimates

Domestic transit is 3–6 business days after dispatch, so most domestic orders arrive 8–15 business days after ordering. International transit is 7–18 business days on top of processing. Estimates exclude weekends and public holidays.

Rates

Flat $4.99 shipping on every domestic order, free on orders over $150. International rates are calculated at checkout by weight and destination.

Duties and taxes

International orders may attract import duty or VAT on arrival. Those charges are set by your country and paid by you; we cannot estimate or refund them.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed the moment the parcel is scanned. If tracking has not moved for five business days, write to us and we will chase the carrier or remake the order.

Wrong or incomplete addresses

We ship to the address as entered. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable we reship once at no cost; a second reship is charged at the standard rate. Email us within an hour of ordering to correct an address.
