Orders

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we email the dispatch confirmation. We may decline an order — or cancel and refund it — where a design is no longer in production, where a price is clearly wrong, or where we suspect fraud.

Prices and production

Prices are in USD and include no duties. Every jersey is made to order; a listing appearing in the store is not a guarantee that a colourway or size is still in production at the moment you order.

Customization

You are responsible for the name and number you submit. We will not apply text that infringes a trademark, or that is abusive, obscene or hateful, and we will cancel and refund such orders rather than print them. Check spelling before submitting: we print exactly what you enter, and because the shirt is made to order it cannot be returned or exchanged afterwards.

Product descriptions

We describe fabrics, weights and fits as accurately as we can. Colour reproduces differently on different screens, and knit measurements carry a tolerance of about half an inch.

Intellectual property

Butlocs designs, artwork, photography and text belong to Butlocs and may not be reproduced commercially without permission.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you hold under consumer law where you live.

Changes

These terms may change. The version published when you place an order is the version that governs it.
